While the well owner does run a business out of this home, it is the understanding of the Division of Water Resources that the use of this well Is in compliance with its permitted uses and is not used in any way for the purpose of the business. So long as this remains the case, it is our opinion that the well with Permit No.224589 does n t need to be repermitted from a domestic well to a commercial well.
