Re: Soil Survey and Study of the Site for Proposed Uses
To Whom It May Concern:
The uses of the soil, on this site, were pre-existing our purchase of the property. The
efficacy of the soil, with the current use, has demonstrated that it is satisfactory. We have
no plans to build any structures on this site. We respectfully ask that you waive the
requirement for a soil survey and study of the site.
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
Sincerely,
Teresa A. Hellmer
