There are no sanitary sewer facilities planned for this operation. Lafarge will use portable
restrooms near the working face. Lafarge will apply for an ISDS permit for the office and
batch plant area in conjunction with their building permit application for the office and plant
site area. Attached is the design for the ISDS which Lafarge is proposing.

Domestic water will be provided with bottled water at the working face. An application for
a commercial well permit will be filed for the office and batch plants with the State
Engineer's Office. Please refer to Exhibit G in the attached DMG Application for
additional information about water supply to the Riverbend site.
