This letter is in response to your request for the City of Brighton to provide you with a
"will serve" letter for the proposed Annexation to Brighton, of a parcel of land described
as follows:
The property encompassed by the West half of S 29-01-66 lying east of the Union Pacific
Railroad.
The City currently has water and sanitary sewer treatment facility capacity to serve a
typical development in this area. Please note that it will be the developer's responsibility
to extend any utility mains within the site to provide the necessary service to the
proposed structures.
