There is not a reason to have this report done due to the fact that there are
already structures on the land that in over 50 years in one case has not shown
any problems to the structure itself. If and when we decide to build any other
structures then and only then do we need to address the issue. We are only
trying to get the property rezoned back to agriculture like it was in the beginning
and not trying to develop the site.
