Dear Mr. Deemer:
The Left Hand Water District serves the above referenced property,currently owned by
Stanley&Eleanor Fowler. Service to the property will continue through the 5/8"water
meter.
We understand that a change in use is anticipated,from single family residential to
commercial office. Providing that the same level of use will continue,with respect to
volume and pressure,the District has no issues with continued service.
There are some additional requirements for commercial taps,however,that must be
incorporated at the time the use changes from residential to commercial. These include
backflow testing requirements,which may require installation of the meter in the building
or the installation of a meter pit adjacent to the existing meter pit for the installation of
testable backflow equipment,at applicant's expense.
