To Whom It May Concern:
Left Hand Water District has the following policy regarding residential water usage:
"A residence for the purposes of this tap classification is defined to be a structure
normally occupied by one family. Water use under this residential classification may also
include the following: A business if such business is operated by the occupant of the
residence and both the business facility and the residence are situated in the same
structure under the common ownership of the person holding the residential tap."
If this request falls within the definition of the above policy, then no change is required from
residential classification to commercial classification.
