Water service is presently being provided to the above-described property through meter #1241. North Weld County Water District is able to supply additional service for a cat boarding facility. Water tap/service shall be placed on the physical property, defined by a legal description. In case of a Recorded Exemption,the water tap shall only serve the parcel that the water tap is located on. Service shall NOT cross the legal description of one parcel to serve the other parcel. The District recommends that anticipated water usage be purchased through the District. The District guarantees treatment and delivery of water purchased. All water that is delivered with surcharge is subject to water availability and will be issued on a first come-first serve basis and is not guaranteed to be available. Meter #1241 has one Acre-Foot Unit (1 AFU) attached to it. With 1 AFU purchased any usage beyond 228,000 gallons annually will be in surcharge. The Plant Investment Fee purchased with this meter has paid for the infrastructure required to deliver 1 AFU (228,000 gallons). If annual usage exceeds the 228,000 gallons, an additional charge will be applied to your account. Plant Investments may be purchased to increase the amount of water to be delivered and avoid the additional charge(s). Alan Overton North Weld County Water District N:\Legal Documents\Letter of Intent\2006\Intent\Intent-Additionalservice.doc SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM In September 2006 I spoke with Ms. Charlotte Davis at the Weld County Health Department concerning my existing septic system and the proposed addition to my home for cat boarding. Ms. Davis and I are aware that the existing tank is probably large enough to accommodate the addition but it is likely that the leach field will need to be upgraded. Ms. Davis stated it is acceptable for me to wait until final approval of the Use Permit before doing a perc test, etc. I understand that upon final approval I will be required to do what is necessary to bring the system up to date to meet the current Weld County Health Department standards including possibly having the new system designed by an approved engineer. Enclosed is a copy of the current septic system permit. I also spoke with Bob Moore at the City of Greeley Water/Sewer Department regarding any requirements to hook into city sewer since I am near the city limits.
