hereinafter called Second Party,WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS,the District Is a legally formed water district in Weld and Larimer Counties,Colorado and;WHEREAS,the Second
Pate'is desirous of purchasing a water tap from said district,assigned meter/account number 8 8 1 0 located at
/9m9 AL,392 (.eueem, to Weld/Larimer County,Colorado;
NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the premises and the tem,s of this Agreement,it is mutually agreed as follows:
I.Second Party agrees to purchase one water tap,with a Class of I from the District at the base rate of$ 7,gyp— per
class and the distance rate of S J,s{op— per class,for a total price of S 17.gee— . Further,Second Party agrees to
pay said sum of$ PAC concurrent with the execution of this Agreement. With purchase of this tap,the District shall
provide the infrastructure required to deliver annually,within the water year.228,001)gallons per class purchased.

The District shall finish 70%of an acre foot(22Rrt0 gallons)of water per tap per annual water year,if the allotment for Colorado-
Big Thompson(CBT)project water,which is determined by the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District,is 50%or greater.
North Weld County Water District will restrict the delivery as necessary when the CBT allotment is less than 50%.
3.Further,in the event the Second Party desires to sell any water rights,including but not limited to Colorado—Big Thompson Project
Water,attached to their property for irrigation,they hereby agree to give the District,the first option to purchase said water,at the then
market price,and to execute all necessary documents in connection therewith,including documents for the transfer of any such water.
4.Further,Second Party agrees to pay all costs and charges as set by the District
5.The District shall use reasonable diligence to provide a constant and uninterrupted supply of water,except for interruptions due to:
(I)Uncontrollable forces;(2)Operations or devices Installed for water system protection;(3)Maintenance,repair,replacement,
installation of equipment,or investigation and inspection of the water system,which interruption or reductions are temporary,and in
the sole opinion of the District,if necessary.
6.The Second Party understands that the normal operating pressure range for the above listed address is 4lic psi to
60 psi.The maximum operating pressure maybe as great as,�S psi. Therefore,the Second Party agrees to install
preventative plumbing devices to restrict and/or release the pressure. If damage results from excessive pressures,North Weld
County Water District claims no liability. & Initial
7.It is further mutually agreed that this Agreement shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs,executors,administrators and assigns
of the parties hereto.

A7P'-y, NOTICE
This permit s granted temporarily to allow construction to commence. This permit may be revoked or suspended by the Weld County
Department of Public Health and Environment for reasons set forth in the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System
Regulations including failure to meet any term or condition imposed thereon during temporary or final approval. The issuance of this
permit does not constitute assumption by the department or its employees of liability for the failure or inadequacy of the sewage
disposal system.
This permit is not transferable. Before issuing final approval of this permit the Weld County Department of Public Health and
Environment reserves the right to impose additional terms and conditions required to meet our regulations on a continuing basis. Final
permit approval is contingent upon the final inspection of the completed system by the Weld County Department of Public Health and
