RE: Water Service to Property in Sections 25, Township 1 North, Range 68 West
Dear Mr. Lee,
Having confirmed that the fire flow requirement for the site is 1500 GPM with a
minimum 20 PSI residual at the hydrant, the minimum 8" water line extension required
will cost approximately $320,000.00. You will need to add a cost of$4,500.00 for each
fire hydrant to be set. This cost does not include any fire hydrant pipe runs into the
properties.
If you have any questions regarding the above, please advise. If you want to proceed with
this project, please advise and we will prepare a final cost. You will be required to prepay
the District prior to our proceeding with any construction.

RE: Water Service,Part of the SW V.of Section 24,Township 1 North,Range 68
West and Part of the NW V.of Section 25,Township 1 North,Range 68 West.
Dear Mr.Lee,
As discussed with you,the District can serve your properties as referenced above with the
extension of a water main to your sites from the District's existing main located in Weld
County Road 8.Depending on your final requirements,the District will size the required
water line extension to provide water to your fire hydrants,water service to your office
building and wash bay,and for landscaping requirements.
When you have determined your specific requirements,please advise and we will provide
you with a letter detailing our meter and line extension costs,including design.These
costs will need to be paid up front for the District to place this project in our constn:ction
schedule and to order materials.
