TAP PEE AGREEMENT

Lamont Broadautinte.LLC hea®attacaned Customer,WffNESSETH:
WHEREAS,District has been organized as a legal body and is known as the Central Weld County
WanDistiet,and
WHEREAS,Customers are taxpaying electors within mid Diaicd,or desiring to join said Distil*or

WHEREAS,Customers am desirous of acquiring one water tap of_,Ig_indes in diameter from the
said District,
NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the premises and tit:temp of this agreement,it is munally
agreed as follows:
I. Customer agrees to pay the tap fee of 17300.00 -
Swats=Thousand Five Hundred and m/100 Dollars.
2. 7Le description of the premises for which this tap is being purchased is as follows:
Lot B of recorded exemption no. 1311-33-2—RE3507,marred hue 6, 2003 at Reception No.
3069998,being a part of the North Half of Section 33,Township 2 North,Rage 67 Wes of the 6°
P.M.
3. This agreement,when approved by the Board of Directors,all become a legal and binding contract
upon all panda hereto
4. Customer further agrees to execute any and all easemenb needed by District at no expense to
District,across Customer's property for the purpose of installing the District's service line and tram pit
constructed by District District shall be responsible for reaming surface area back to reasonable condition
at District cost
5. i is further gamally agreed that this apeman shall extend to sod be binding icon the heirs,
executors,dminisrators and assigns of the parties hereto.
6. Customer further agrees to the following special provision=
