NOTICE OF COURT HEARING
IN THE MATTER OF THE ORGANIZATION OF
EAST EATON WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT as.ass
IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES :
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that taxpaying electors of the
proposed East Eaton Water and Sanitation District have presented
a Petition for the formation of said District pursuant to Title
32 , Article 1 , Part 3 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , 1973 as
amended.
The purposes for the formation of said District are to
provide a sanitary water supply to the inhabitants within the
proposed boundaries of the District .
The boundaries of the proposed special District are as
follows :
Commencing at the intersection of the East side of the
right of way of the Union Pacific Railroad with the East
and West half section line through the center of Section
31 , Township 7 North, Range 65 West and thence running
East 1 ,065 feet ; thence South 1 ,050 feet ; thence West
750 feet to the railroad right of way; thence Northwest
along said right of way 1 ,135 feet to the point of
beginning, Weld County, Colorado.
Also known as Block 1 , Lots 1 through 34 ; Block 2 , Lots
1 through 12 ; Block 3 , Lots 1 through 17 ; Block 4, Lots
1 through 34; Block 5 , Lots 1 through 34; Block 6 , Lots
1 through 21 , of the East Side Addition to the Town of
Eaton as recorded on October 4, 1902 , in Book No. 3 of
Maps at Page 20 , Reception No. 82434 of the Real Estate
Records of Weld County, Colorado.
By order of the Court , hearing upon the Petition shall be held at

Weld County District Court , Divison Jr' , on the - day

And the owner of any real property within the proposed
special District boundaries may file a petition with the Court no

later than ten days before the day fixed for the hearing thereon
requesting that said real property be excluded from the proposed
District with reasons why said real property should be excluded.
Said petition for exclusion shall be duly verified and shall
describe the property sought to be excluded. The Court shall then
hear said Petition for the organization of the East Eaton Water
and Sanitation District , all objections thereto , and all
petitions for the exclusion of real property, if any are filed;
and the Court shall determine at that time whether , in the best
public interest , said property should be excluded or included
within the proposed special District .
