Dear County Commissioners :
There is a matter of great concern to Aristocrat Ranchette Water
Project and in effect concerning the Weld County planning people,
regarding the multiple occupants of lots within A.R.W.P. We are
aware of the special sustances in cases of physical hardships,
such multiple occupants are imposing upon the water department.
An untenable situation in providing water service to our existing
and potential members .
We are therefore requesting that Weld County Planners do not issue
permit without specific authorization, in writing, from A.n.w.P.
that such multiple occupants can be adequately serviced.
The A.R.W.P. by-laws (copy enclosed) prohibit such multiple occu-
pants of a lot per Article III, Section )j, C.
It is our feeling that the meeting with the county representatives
on July 22, 1980, certify this situation and we appreciate your
cooperation on this matter.
