The specific use of the property will have some bearing on the type of sanitary sewer facilities needed. At present time, the Town of Roggen does not offer public sewer North of I-76. Therefor, at present time, some sort of septic system is planned for any future development. The County will have further opportunity to comment on this issue when a Site Plan Review is conducted on any future submittals, if this site should be developed.
