CONBIIGI:ON!S OF APPROVAL
1) This well shall be used in such a way as to cause no material injuryto existing water rights. The issuance of this permit
does not assure the applicant that no injury will occur to another vested water right or preclude another owner of a vested
water right from seeking relief in a civil court action.
2) The construction of this well shall be in compliance with the Water Well Construction Rules 2 CCR 402-2,unless approval
of a variance has been granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump installation
Contractors in accordance with Rule 18.
3) Approved pursuant to CRS 37-90-105.
4) Water from this well may be used for domestic purposes inside one(1)single family dwelling.
5) The maximum pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 15 GPM.
6) The annual withdrawal of ground water from this well shall not exceed 3 acre-feet.
7) The irrigated area shall not exceed 1 acre of lawn and garden.
8) Production Is limited to the alluvium of Lost Creek or its tributaries. The depth of this well shall not exceed 110 feet or the
depth at which sandstone or shale is first encountered,whichever comes first.
9) This well must be constructed within 300 feet of the location specified on this permit.

Considering the West Line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1 as beating North-South and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of'the Northeast Quarter of said Section 1;thence along the West Line

Sanitary Sewer Disposal Method
At this time, no particular use has been identified for the proposed rezoned Lot A. The specific
use of the.property will have some•o a g on the type of sanitary sewer facilities needed. At
present time, the Tow,no€Roggen does not offer public.sewer North of I-76. Therefor, at present
time, some sort of septic system is planned for any!future idevelopment. The County will have
further opportuuaity to continent on this.issue when a Site Plan Review is a cted on any future
submittals, if this site should be dbeveloped.
