This area of Weld County is not served by any water districts. The site will obtain a permit for a
domestic well after Weld County reviews the application and determines the proposed use of the site
meets the requirements. It would not be practical to obtain a permit if the County did not approve
the use proposed.
SEWAGE DISPOSAL
Sewage disposal will utilize on site septic systems. Generally, the soil is one-Altvan loam and this soil
is acceptable for septic systems. See the George D. Paulsberg, P.E. 35359, Soils Evaluation of
Project Site contained in this document.
