RE: APPROVE CHANGE IN POLLING PLACES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 1-5-101(1), C.R.S., and pursuant to the
recommendation of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, the Board did, by Resolution dated
July 29, 2002, establish Weld County Polling Places for the 2002 Elections, and
WHEREAS, it has now been recommended by the Clerk and Recorder that certain
polling places be changed, and
WHEREAS, approval is needed for the following precincts:
Precinct#4134962121 Sky View Elementary School, 1000 Stone Mountain
Drive, Windsor, Colorado 80550
Precinct#4134862233 Kelly Farms Clubhouse, 104 54th Avenue, Greeley,
Colorado 80634
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve said change in Polling Places for
Weld County as above stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the above stated change for the Polling Places for Weld County
be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of April, A.D., 2003.

Approval is needed for the following polling place change:
Please change polling place 4134962121 to the Sky View Elementary
School located at 1000 Stone Mountain Drive, Windsor, Colorado from
Covenant Bible College and polling place 4134862233 to Kelly Farms
Clubhouse, 104 54th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado from New Life
Community Church
The Board established the polling places for 2002 by Resolution dated
May 29, 2002.

We are required by statute to establish or change polling places for a
Coordinated Election by October 10, 2003 (1-5-102.5).
