RESOLUTION 141
RE: RECOGNITION OF Jody Malone
WHEREAS, Jody Malone was first elected to the Weld County Council in 2000; and,
WHEREAS, she has contributed two years of her time and effort in attending to the affairs of the
Weld County Council; and,
WHEREAS, the public service of Jody Malone was a valuable asset to the Weld County Council
and,
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Weld County express their thanks and
gratitude to Jody Malone who has assisted in the implementation of the powers and procedures of the
Weld County Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the people of Weld County, Colorado, through the
present Weld County Council,do hereby express their appreciation to Jody Malone for her dedicated and
valuable service on behalf of good government in Weld County, Colorado, as a member of the Weld
County Council under Home Rule in Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the
following vote on the 18th day of February 2003.
