Home My WebLink About800823.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACCEPTANCE OF SOCIAL SERVICES TELEPHONE SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZA- TION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE AND FINANCING STATEMENT CONCERNING THE SAME. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, installation of a new telephone system at the Walton Building has been completed by Interwest Communications Corpora- tion, and WHEREAS , the Director of Communications has recommended that said system be accepted and that the Chairman be authorized to sign the Acceptance Certificate and the Financing Statement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the telephone system installed at the Walton Building be, and hereby is , accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to sign the Acceptance Certificate and the Financing Statement concerning said telephone system.
