RE: Water Service
Dear Mr.Nelson:
This letter is in response to your request for water service to serve the following property described
as follows:
Lot B of the W '/s NE Y. Section 2, Township I North, Range 67 West, Weld County,
Colorado.
The cost for extending the District's 2"line approximately 4,800 feet at Highway 52 between Weld
Co. Rd. 21 &23 is as follows:
%"Meter Set $26,900.00
Line Extension Fee $45,710 .00
Capital Improvement Fee Credit ($ 5.000.001
TOTAL DUE $ 67,610.00
Before proceeding with the line extension, the above"Total Due"will have to be paid in advance,
and the appropriate documentation completed for your application for water service. The District
requires a 30 day notice for a tap installation. The cost estimate and availability of service is good
for 30 days. Please note that you are responsible for confirming that this property has met the
requirements of Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District and the Bureau. Central Weld
cannot issue a tap until all requirements are satisfied.
Duo t; heard cost increase of raw•:rate.,existing tap fees may not apply for water write to this
property. The District will not notify, by separate letter, any prospective landowners or land
purchasers of tap fee or line extension cost increases.Pursuant to District policy,the Tap Fee and/or
Capital Improvement Fee will have to be paid in advance to the District by the prospective
customer.
