RE: Tap Request #2107 Request Date: 5/25/01 For: 2" commercial tap
Engineering evaluation:
A review of the above referenced tap request has shown there is sufficient
capacity from the 16" main adjacent to the south line of the parcel . This
property could be served from the 16" main along Highway 119 .
The amount of the 2" tap is outlined below, based upon current tap fees :
2" commercial tap - Del Camino Zone = $188, 889 . 00
Leg^credit for 3/4 " tap - Del Camino
_Jne (to be transferred upon BOD approval) = ( 36, 480 . 00)
Balance due = $152, 409 . 00
E you are interested in purchasing a water tap and receiving a tap commitment,
return this letter to us indicating the date on which you wish to have your tap
request presented to the Board of the District for final approval . Board meetings
are held the Thursday following the second Tuesday of each month. Your attendance
is not required, however, this form must be received at our office by the Monday
Teceding Thursday' s Board meeting. Date you would like your request presented

Dear Mr. Moorhead,
This letter is a response to your inquiry about the provision of sanitary sewer service to the
above property.
The District maintains a major trunk line on the north side of Highway 119. The gravity trunk
line terminates at a puny station on the northeast comer of the intersection of Hwy 119 and
WCR 7. I'm including with this letter a copy of the profile for that station and other local sewer
profiles for your use.
Some capacity remains on local lines.
Capacity in the District's sewer lines is evadable only to properties which have inckcded into the
District. The subject property is not presently Induced within the District. TheWore,I cannot
make any promises about availability of service. Ian say, however,that the Saint Wain
Sanitation District(SVSD)is the sanitary sews service provider in this area. If sanitary sewer
service were to be provided to the property, t would be provided by SVSD. Ian say also that d
is a long-term goal of the District to provide sanitary sewer service to included properties within
its service area wherever t is practical and feasible to do so.
I know your engineering plans are in a preliminary state. As your plans progress,Ill be of
whatever help I an be. Included properties,of course,can expect the Disticts full cooperation.
Petitions for inclusion are available at the District's office.
