RE: APPROVE CHANGE IN POLLING PLACES FOR 2001 ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 1-5-101(1), C.R.S., and pursuant to the
recommendation of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, the Board did, by Resolution dated
May 21, 2001, establish Weld County Polling Places for August 8, 2001, and
WHEREAS, it has now been recommended by the Clerk and Recorder that certain
polling places for the 2001 Elections be changed, and
WHEREAS, approval is needed for the following precincts:
Precinct#68251 Calvary Chapel, 2602 27th Street (from Brentwood
School)
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve said change for the 2001 Polling
Places for Weld County as above stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the above stated change for the 2001 Polling Places for Weld
County be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of July, A.D., 2001.

SUBJECT: POLLING PLACE CHANGE
Approval is needed for the following polling place change:
Please change polling place 68251 to the Calvary Chapel located at
2602 27th Street, Greeley, from Brentwood School.
The Board established the polling places for 2001 by Resolution dated
May 21, 2001.
We are required by statute to establish or change polling places fdt a
Coordinated Election by August 8, 2001 (1-5-102.5). We were notified
by Brentwood School that the space we were using for the old pblling'
location has been converted into a classroom.
