North Weld County Water District is able and intends to serve the proposed 22 Lots in Appaloosa Acres
PUD,located in the SW 'A of Section 33, Township 7 North,Range 65 West, of the 6d'Prime Meridian.
To provide water service and 1,000 gpm fire flows with a residual pressure greater than 20 psi, Developer will
have to extend an 8-inch line from the existing water line in the WCR 41 R-O-W to the developments most
northern lots and then through the subdivision and connect to the existing waterline within the WCR 74 R-O-W.
The District will also require a dedicated Right-Of-Way/Easement twenty feet in width between Lots 16& 17 and
between Lots 5 &6 for installation and maintenance of such waterline. Due to the location of the Development
and the Districts' existing infrastructure, no fire flow fee will be required with the above-mentioned alignment. If
road enhancements are needed for either WCR 41 or WCR 74, the District will have additional fees to provide
isolation valves for the existing waterline if road improvements are necessary.
The costs associated with water service shall be the current Plant Investment &Distance Fee per Lot prior to water
being supplied to the subdivision or phase of subdivision. If the subdivision is completed in phases, the Districts'
Board of Directors must approve the staging of Plant Investments&Distance Fees. The Water Mains serving the
subdivision shall be paid for and constructed by the Developer, according to the Districts' Standards and
Specifications. Raw Water shall be purchased through North Weld County Water District before an individual tap
will be set. The Raw Water Cost may be paid by the developer, or by the individual lot owner. (I) The Meter Set
Fee will be billed after work has been performed and will be at cost. (2)
Refer to the following Table for the costs of the associated Fees at the present time. All Fees and Requirements are
subject to change without notice, therefore; it is recommended to keep in contact with the District periodically for
updated costs and requirements.

It is the Developers' responsibility to have the internal water mains designed by an engineer, and such designed
plans shall be approved by the District.
When the Developer is ready to proceed,the District and the Developer will enter into a legal Water Service
Agreement.
