The Town of Windsor is in support of the proposed Owen-Illinois glass bottle manufacturing
operation located adjacent to our corporate limits near Weld County Roads 66 and 23.
Windsor is willing and able to provide sanitary sewer service to the property for its needs.
Windsor is currently in discussions with the developers and expect all issues to be agreed upon
prior to any final Weld County approvals.
