The Plant Investment Fee pays fir infrastructure required to deliver 1 MU(228,000 gallons). If usage
exceeds the number of Plant Investments that weepurchased,an additional Plant Investment Surcharge will be
applied to your account Plant Investments tiny be purchased to increase the amount of wit to be delivered and
avoid the Plant Iavamsnt Surcharge.
