Dear Mr. Oliver,
Saint Vrain Sanitation District will provide sanitary sewer service to Tract 1 of Phase III
Third filing Meadow Vale Farm. SVSD understand that a force main and grinder pump
i^ will serve the lot. It is the responsibility of the lot owner to maintain the pump and
infrastructure. SVSD will maintain the gravity portion of the sewer line. The following
criteria also needs to be met:
• Receipt of applicable fees,
• Completion of inspection and approval of connection to District facilities.
Service will be subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Saint Vrain Sanitation
District.
