This permit is not transferable. The Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment reserves the right to impose
additional terms and conditions required to meet our regulations on a continuing basis. Final permit approval was contingent upon
the final inspection of the completed system by the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment.

Dear Mr. Haren,
The property described above lies within the 208 service area of the Saint Vrain
Sanitation District. Service to the property is an element of the District's long-range
plans. Saint Vrain Sanitation District will provide sanitary sewer service for the proposed
dairy expansion project, subject to the following conditions:
• Inclusion of land into the District,
• Development and installation of all pretreatment requirements as discussed
according to your development plans,
• Completion of adequately sized trunk service line(s)to the development,
• Completion of necessary connection agreements,
• Receipt of applicable fees, and
• Service will be subject to the rules and regulations of the Saint Vrain Sanitation
District.
