RESOLUTION
WHEREAS , Public Welfare warrants in the total amount
of $15,541.56 have been issued in error or the amounts for
which they were drawn have otherwise been changed, total of the
individual classifications as shown on Exhibit "A" , attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference , and
WHEREAS , a list of the specific warrant numbers ,
dates, names and amounts are on file with the Department of
Social Services .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Board of County
Commissioners , Weld County, Colorado, that said Public Welfare
warrants for the month of DECEMBER , 1979 , in the amount of
$15,541.56 be, and the same are hereby cancelled and held
for naught.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 2nd
day of January . 1980 .
