Weld County Ordinance 24.7.5.2 provides that the applicant for a use by special review is to
provide proof that a water supply will be available for the use in terms of quantity, quality and
dependability, such as a well permit or letter from a water district.
The Compressor Station will not utilize water in its operations. Applicant intends to apply for a
State permit to drill a water well on the Property when it obtains approval for the USR. Water
from the well will be utilized to service the restroom in the compressor station building and for
intermittent cleaning of the equipment at the station.

There are no employees assigned to the facility.
Employees at the existing HS Compressor Station located adjacent to the proposed site will
monitor the plant operations. The compressor station has a domestic water well for restroom
facilities with septic tank and leach field. Company will utilize portable toilets during
construction and will maintain a portable toilet near the proposed plant after construction is
complete.
