This letter is in response to your inquiry regarding water service to the following described property,
33153 WCR 51, in a portion of the
SE %<of Section 17, T6N, R64W of the 6t° Prime Meridian
1. pow Water service is presently being provided to the above-described property through meter
#231002. North Weld County Water District is able and intends to provide any additional usage. The
customer, Mike Jones has informed the District of a proposed addition with several bathrooms and
showers, and such additional water is available at the above mentioned property.

The District recommends that anticipated water usage be purchased through the District. The District
guarantees treatment and delivery of water purchased. All rental water and water that is delivered with
surcharge is subject to water availability and will be issued on a first come-first serve basis and is not
guaranteed to be available. Meter#231002 annual usage for 1999 was 218,000 gallons. The meter has a
Water Class of 1 and a Plant Investment Class of 2. Therefore, any usage beyond 228,000 gallons will be
in surcharge and the maximum delivery during a water year shall be 912,000 gallons. If usage is greater
than 912,000 gallons, a plant investment fee must be paid for each Acre-Foot Unit (AFU)/228,000 gallons
of additional water delivered.
