RE: REQUEST TO CHANGE, ALTER OR MODIFY PREMISES FOR VALLEY
HAYLOFT, INC. - TAVERN LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Valley Hayloft, Inc. submitted a request to change,
alter or modify their premises as licensed, by adding a six-foot
fence around the patio, said request being attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS , on the 4th day of may, 1983 , the local licensing
authority, the Weld County Board of County Commissioners, approved
same and said documents were submitted to the Colorado Department
of Revenue, Liquor Division, for consideration, and
WHEREAS, the Colorado Department of Revenue, Liquor Division,
approved said request contingent upon the applicant meeting all
the appropriate codes, Planning and Building Inspection codes,
Health, Fire, etc. , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined
that it would be in the best interests of Weld County to approve
said agreement for the preservation and protection of the public
health, property and safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, having examined said
request, does hereby approve the request to change, alter or
modify premises for Valley Hayloft, Inc.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
May, A. D. , 1983.
