Dear Mr. & Mrs. Banowetz:
This letter is in response to a request for water service to serve the following property described as
follows:
Part SW % Section 31, Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
Water service can be made available to the above described property, provided all requirements of
Central Weld County Water District, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District and the U. S.
Bureau of Reclamation are satisfied. Please note that you are responsible for confirming that this
property has met the requirements of Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District and ti.e
Bureau. Central Weld cannot issue a tap until all requirements are satisfied.
Central Weld County Water District requires that contracts be consummated within one (1) year
from the date of this letter or this letter shall become null and void unless extended in writing by the
District. Please contact the Central Weld office fur further information about water service.
Due to the rapid cost increase of raw water, existing tap fees may not apply for water service to this
property. The District will not notify, by separate letter, any prospective landowners or land
purchasers of tap fee or line extension cost increases. The cost of a tap fee and/or line extension
will have to be paid in advance to the District by the prospective customer in accordance with
District policy.

This letter is in response to your request for water service to serve the following property described
as follows:

cost for one 5/8"tap and meter set at Weld Co. Rd.49 between 50& 52:

Upon receipt of the above "Total Due" and appropriate documentation, the District will prepare a
work order for the installation of the meter sets. The District requires a 30 day notice for a tap
installation. The cost estimate and availability of service is good for 30 days. Please note that you
are responsible for confirming that this property has mgt:the_requirements of Northern _
Colorado Water Conservancy District and the Bureau. Central Weld cannot issue a tap until
all requirements are satisfied.

SUBJ: ADDITIONAL USE OF EXISTING LEACH FIELD.
It is my understanding that you wish to construct a toilet facility
in a building you are planning to build East of your proposed
house.
The information I gave you was for a three bedroom house, however,
the leach field is oversized. The percolation rate is such that an
800SF leach field could be used but I do not design any residential
field less than 1 ,000SF for obvious reasons. One being that there
are likely to be additions later. Originally I did specify, as a
minimum, a 1 ,000 Gal . effective liquid limit septic tank a 1, 500
Gal . tank was installed.
Considering the above figures I would suggest that waste from the
stool and lavatory being proposed in the new building could be
disposed of in the existing system. There would be less than 35
additional gallons of waste water per day with this addition to the
system.

On January 4,2002,an evaluation of the existing individual septic disposal system at 24081 County
Road 50,I sSalle,Colorado, Section 31,Township 05 North,Range 64 West,was conducted by Stephen
J. Wiatrowski,an environmental specialist of this department.
-- The existing individual septic disposal system is of sufficient size and capacity to adequately handle the
proposed load.This evaluation is based on a fmal treatment capacity for 4 bedroom residence.
Be advised,neither the County of Weld nor any of its agents or employees undertake or assume any
liability to the owner of the above property,to any purchaser of the above property or to any lending
agency making a loan on the above property or in the report.
This inspection was conducted for the purpose of determining compliance with current regulations and
for detecting health hazards observable at the time of inspection. This does not constitute a warranty that
the system is without flaw or that it will continue to function in the future. Inspections requested during
periods of snow cover and high soil saturation may be of questionable value to potential buyers due to
adverse conditions. Evaluations based on Statements of Existing(S.O.E.)relies on information the
property owner provides, under oath, indicating current status of the system and representing to the best
of his/her knowledge the system is not failing to function properly.
