Dear Mr. Oliver,
Saint Vrain Sanitation District will provide sanitary sewer service to Tract 1 of Phase III
Third filing Meadow Vale Farm. SVSD understand that a force main and grinder pump
will serve the lot. It is the responsibility of the lot owner to maintain the pump and
/" infrastructure. SVSD will maintain the gravity portion of the sewer line. The following
criteria also needs to be met:
• Receipt of applicable fees,
• Completion of inspection and approval of connection to District facilities.
Service will be subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Saint Vrain Sanitation
District.
