Dear Mr. Hertzke:
On March 2, 1994, an evaluation of the existing individual septic disposal system
at 12439 Highway 392, Windsor, Colorado; Section 18, Township 06 North, Range 66
West, was conducted by Pam Smith.
The existing individual septic disposal system is of sufficient size and capacity
to adequately handle the proposed load. However, currently- the system is in
violation of Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations because
the system is currently incorporating a cesspool in addition to the conventional
system. The cesspool must be properly abandoned.
A copy of the evaluation has been forwarded to the Department of Planning
Services to release your Recorded Exemption.
