TAP FEE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 25th day of , 19 o
by and between the CENTRAL WELD COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, hereinafter caller the
District, and (lino M. Rhoads and
hereinafter called Customer, WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, District has been organized as a legal body and is known as the
Central Weld County Water District, and
WHEREAS, Customers are taxpaying electors within said District, or desiring
to join said District, or and,
WHEREAS. Customers are desirous of acquiring ___one. (11_ water tap of _5na
inches in diameter from the said District,
NCW, THEREFORE., in consideration of the premises and the terms of this agreement,
it is mutually agreed as follows:
1 . Customer agrees to pay the tap fee of $ 7_500.00

2. Ir the event it is not economically feasible to extend the water to the
property line of Customer, which matter is in the entire discretion of District,
then all sums pail hereunder shall be returned to Customer and the agreement shall
be null and void.
3 The description Of the premises for which these taps are being purchased
is as follows:
Block 26, Urea,, Acres, a Subdivision of Weld County. Colorado.
4. This agreement, when zpproved by the Board of Directors, shall become a
legal and binding contract upon all parties hereto.
5. Customer further agrees to execute any and all easements needed by District.
at no expense to District., across Customer's property for the purpose of installing
any pipelines constructed by District. District shall he responsible for restoring
surface area back to reasonable condition at District cost-
6. It is further mutually agreed that this agreement shall extend to and he
binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of the parties hereto.
7. Customer further agrees tc the following special provisions:

and regulations of the District.
