CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1) This well shalt be used In such a way as to cause no material injury to existing water rights. The issuance of this permit
does not assure the applicant that no injury will occur to another vested water right or preclude another owner of a vested
water right from seekag relief in a civil court action.
2) The construction of this well shall be in compliance with the Water Wed Construction Rules 2 CCR 402-2,unless approval
of a variance has been granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation
Contractors in accordance with Rule 18.
3) Approved pursuant to CRS 37-90-105.
4) Water from this well may be used for domestic purposes inside 1 single family dwelling(s).and the watering of the
owner's own large non-commercial domestic animals.
5) The maximum pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 15 GPM.
6) The annual withdrawal of ground water from this wed shad not exceed 1 acre-foot.
7) The irrigated area shall not exceed 1 acre of lawn and garden.
8) Production Is limited to the Laramie-Fox His aquifer which is located 650 feet below land surface and extends to a depth
of 960 feet. Plain casing must be installed and grouted to prevent the withdrawal of ground water from other aquifers and
• the movement of ground water between aquifers.
9) The depth to the top of the Laramie-Fox Hills aquifer is approximate. To ensure the exclusion of poor quality water from
zones immediately above the aquifer,plain casing and grout shall extend through the lowermost coal end/or carbonaceous
shale that overlies the Laramie sand portion of the aquifer.
10) This well must be constructed within 300 feet of the location specified on this permit.
NOTE:The ability of this well to withdraw its authorized amount of water from this non-renewable aquifer may be less than
the 100 years upon*rich the amount of water in the aquifer is allocated,due to anticipated water level declines.

Mrs. Cole:
This office does not officially respond to requests of this nature. This would be considered a zoning issue,not a water resource matter.
As long as the permit is operated within the conditions of approval this office will not become involved. The parking of a tractor-
trailer on the premises does not violate the conditions of approval. If,in the future you establish a commercial business on the
property you will need to change the use of your permit from domestic to a commercial. Feel free to call me at this office with any
—questions.

conditional upon further mandatory and additional tests and reports as may be required by the Weld County Department of Public
Health and Environment to be made and furnished by the applicant or by the Weld County Department of Public Health and
Environment for purposes of the evaluation of the application;and the issuance of the permit is subject to such terms and conditions as
deemed necessary to insure compliance with rules and regulations adopted under article 10,title 25,CRS as amended. The applicant
certifies theat the proposed system will not be located within 400 feet of a community sewage system. The undersigned hereby
certifies that all statements made,information and reports submitted herewith and required to be submitted by the applicant are,or will
be,represented to be true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief,and are designed to be relied on by the Weld County
Department of Public Health and Environment in evaluating the same for purposes of issuing the permit applied for herein. I further
