Guy D.Jensen and hereinafter called Customer,

WHEREAS, District has been organized as a legal body and is known as the Central Weld County
Water District,and
WHEREAS,Customers are taxpaying electors within said District,or desiring to join said District,or
and,
WHEREAS,Customers are desirous of acquiring one water tap of 5/8 inches in diameter
from the said District,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the terms of this agreement, it is mutually
agreed as follows:
I. Customer agrees to pay the tap fee of$ 7,100.00
Seven Thousand One Hundred and 00/100 Dollars.
2. The description of the premises for which this tap is being purchased is as follows:
Lot B of Recorded Exemption No. 1311-35-1-RE40, being a part of the E 'h NE 'A Section 35,
Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6''i P.M.,as per the map recorded April 12, 1973 in Book
669 at Reception No. 1611058,Weld County,Colorado
3. This agreement, when approved by the Board of Directors, shall become a legal and binding
contract upon all parties hereto.
n 4. Customer further agrees to execute any and all easements needed by District at no expense to
District,across Customer's property for the installation of the meter pit and appurtenances constructed by
District. District shall be responsible for restoring surface area back to reasonable condition at District cost.
5. Customer further agrees to execute any and all easements needed by District at no expense to
District,across Customer's for the purpose of installing the District's service line and meter pit constructed
by District. District shall be responsible for restoring surface area back to reasonable condition at District
cost.
6. Customer further agrees to the following special provisions:
Water Main Extension Contract.
7. Customer further agrees to abide by the rates established and the rules and regulations of the

RE: Blue Sky Estates—Guy Jensen
Dear Kirk:
As per conversation with you on the above estates, the fire hydrant at 14 % & W/C rd 23
cannot be upgraded until a larger water main is installed to support a larger flow. 1 made
a recommendation to the County as to see if the developer would be interested in up-
grading this hydrant for fire protection and cheaper insurance rates. This
recommendation is not a fire code requirement.
