Phase one&two of the project are planning on using holding tanks for sewage disposal.
It is anticipated that the site will have community (public) sewer service available to it before
development continues be on phase two.

Dear Ms. Katyryniuk,
It is our understanding from the information provided for the referenced project that Lot B
Recorded Exemption 3284 will potentially have several additional facilities incorporated into the
property, although the ownership will remain under one entity. The District issued a letter on
January 7, 2004 indicating water service is currently available to the site. ibis service is in the
form of a Y." water meter.
Ciivcn the current proposed usages, the District requests that an analysis be completed on the
District's system to determine the current and future impacts this project may have. With this
analysis, the potential size of a meter will be determined.
The meter size can be upgraded in the future as additional improvements are added. However,
the meter vault and piping may want to be sized for the ultimate use at this time.
At this lime, we request that a study fee in the amount of$1,000.00 be submitted to the District
to allow us to complete the required hydraulic analysis. We will need information from the
Developer as to possible future uses on the property. We recommend that we meet with the
developer to discuss near future development. versus long term future development plans and the
potential impacts associated with each and the respective costs. This meeting should occur after
we have completed the required hydraulic analysis.

RE: Water Service to DeJong Property
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in response to a request for water service to serve the following property described as
follows:
Lot B in N 'A NW ''A Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 65 West, Weld County,
Colorado.
Water service is presently available to the above described property by tap number 10 located at
Weld Co. Rd. 47 between 54 & 56. This property has been petitioned into Northern Colorado
Water Conservancy District.
New service will have to meet the criteria stated in the Water Shortage Contingency Plan adopted
by the Board on June 20, 2002. Central Weld County Water District requires that contracts be
consummated within one (1) year from the date of this letter or this letter shall become null and
void unless extended in writing by the District. Please contact the Central Weld office for further
information about water service. Due to the rapid cost increase of raw water, existing tap fees may
not apply for water service to this property. The District will not notify, by separate letter, any
prospective landowners or land purchasers of tap fee or line extension cost increases. The cost of a
tap fee and/or improvements will have to be paid in advance to the District by the prospective
customer in accordance with District policy.
