Subject: Percolation Test for Sewage Disposal System
Proposed Countryside Veterinary Clinic
"O" Street, Greeley, Colorado
Dear Mr. Krienke:
Enclosed is a percolation test report performed per our Agreement dated and signed January
10, 2002. The percolation test was performed by Laube Engineering, LLC at the subject site
on January 26, 2002. The average percolation rate was 50.7 minutes per inch, which meets the
County regulation rates for native, percolating soils. No limiting zones of groundwater or
impermeable layers were encountered within 8 feet below existing grade.
Because the septic system will serve a business, the system must be designed by a
professional engineer. We can provide this service for you upon your request. We will need to
know the volume and type of wastes.
If you have any questions, please call me at (970) 356-3099.
Sincerely,
LAUBE ENGINEERING, LLC
