RE: Anchondo Use By Special Review
Ladies and Gentlemen;
The Special Review Submittal Checklist requires one copy of a document showing evidence of
adequate sewage disposal. According to Weld County Environmental Protection Services
Division of the Weld County Health Department, they will not require a Septic Permit on vacant
ground or make any inspections in conjunction with a proposed commercial use until the Use By
Special Review has been approved.
Because the Anchondo application is for a commercial use an Engineered Septic System will be
required. Upon approval of the Use By Special Review, and prior to construction, an Engineered
System will be designed by a Professional Engineer licensed in Colorado. Preliminary percolation
test indicate absorbion rates averaging 28 minutes per inch which is very acceptable for septic
systems.
