Mr. Billy McDivitt 920 54th Avenue Greeley, CO 80634 Re: Connecting to City of Evans Domestic Water System Dear Mr. McDivitt: The purpose of this letter is to confirm our earlier conversation regarding water availability for Lot B, Hill-N-Park Subdivision. The City of Evans assumed responsibility for the Hill-N-Park Domestic Water System on May 7, 1996. Upon payment of associated water rights and system development fees (tap fees), the City of Evans would provide treated water to the subject parcel, thus, there is adequate domestic water availability for the proposed duplexes on the subject parcel. Extension of all water mains are the responsibility of the developer. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at 339-5344 extension 112. Mr. Billy McDivitt 920 54th Avenue Greeley, CO 80634 Re: Connecting to Hill-N-Park Sanitary Sewer System Dear Mr. McDivitt: The purpose of this letter is to confirm our earlier conversation regarding Lot B, Hill-N-Park Subdivision. As you are aware, the City of Evans assumed responsibility for the Hill-N-Park Sanitary Sewer District on July 1, 1998. As a prerequisite of this takeover, an analysis of the plan and collection lines was performed by a consultant for the City of Evans. This analysis verified the ability for the system to collect and process wastewater from the Hill-N-Park Subdivision. Therefore, as stated, there is adequate capacity in the mains and system to treat wastewater for the proposed duplexes on the subject parcel. Please be advised that the system development fees (tap fees) and associated water rights are still due to the City of Evans on this site.
