This letter is to confirm that there is a standard 5/8" x 3/4" residential water tap at 14484
Weld County Road#1. Also, a residential fire sprinkler tap has not been purchased. The tap has
been installed, and the District will continue to provide service in accordance with District By-
Laws, Policies, and Regulations. Please be advised that the District requires one tap per
residence. If another house is built, then the District will require the purchase of another tap.
