Saint Vrain Sanitation District will provide sanitary sewer service to 14 residential lots
and one branch library site in the area described above, subject to:
• Receipt of applicable fees,
• Completion of inspection and approval of connection to District facilities.
Service will he subject to the rules and regulations of the Saint Vrain Sanitation District.

Re: Meadow Vate Farm Phase II
Dear Floyd:
There is sufficient capacity and ability by the District to serve 16 SFE taps at the above referenced
development. A contract has been approved for 15 SFE taps,that contract can be amended to
receive a commitment to serve the additional lot, for a total of 16 SFE taps.
The contract conditions include payment of a portion of all tap fees within ten days o-final plat
approval, raw water transfer or payment of cash in lieu of raw water, and completion of all
necessary improvements to District standards.
