Stonebraker Equipment Staging & Storage Facility
The Subject Site currently has no well or public water supply nor public sewer supply.
This USE will need minimal potable water and employee sanitation which will be provided by
drilling a new well and installing a septic system, respectively, for the employees attendant to the
USR. (See foregoing USR Questionnaire.) Conversations with the Colorado Division of Water
Resources on September 17, 2004 indicate a new commercial well can be permitted on the
Amended USR Site.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1) This well shall be used in such en*way as to cause no material injury to adsting water rights. The Issuance of this peen t
does not ensure that no irdury will occur to another vested water right or preclude another owner of a vested water right from
seeking relief in a cNi1 court action.
2) The construction of this welt shag be in compliance with the Water Well Construction Rules 2 CCR 402-2,unless approval
of a variance has been granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Well Consauclon and Pump Installation
- Contractors in acoadrnce with Rule 18.
3) Approved pursuant to CRS 37-92402(3)(b)p)and the policy of the State Engineer dated 4/23/88 under the following
conditions.
4) The use of ground water from this well Is limited to drinking and sanitary facilities as described in an 37-92-602(1)(x).

5) Production from this well Is restricted to the Laramie Fox Hills aquifer,which corresponds to the Inteival between 590 feet

8) The depth to the top of the Laramle-Foor Hills aquifer is approMmale. To ensure the exclusion of poor quality water from
zones immediately above the aquifer,plain casing and grout shall extend through the lowermost coal and/or carbonaceous
shale that overlies the Leremle send portion of the aquifer.
7) The pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 15 GPM.
8) The annual amount of ground water to be wlthtkawn shalt not exceed 0.33 acre-feet(1178,600 gallons),as applied for.
9) Approved as the only well on a tract of land c4 37.00 acre(s)described as part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4,Section 28,Twp.
2 North,Rng.64 West,8th P.M.,Weld County,reference attached exhibit'A*.
10) The return Row from the use of this well must be through an Individual waste water disposal system of the type ex that not
less then 2%of the total amount of water withdrawn is returned to the same stream system M which 9M*wills located.
11) A totalizing flow meter must be installed on this well and maintained In good wonting order. Permanent records of all
diversions must be maintained by the well owner(recorded at least annually)and submitted to the Division Engineer upon
request.
12) This well shall be constructed not more than 200 feet from the location specified on this permit.
NOTE:To ensure a maximum productive life of this well,perforated casing should be set h the entlre , •• cing
interval of the approved zone or aquifer indicated above-
