WHEREAS, Robert Martin served as President of the Weld
County Council for the calendar year of 1979; and
WHEREAS, Robert Martin served skillfully and industriously
during the term of his office and the relationship of the Weld County
Council and the other departments of the county have improved, and
much of this improvement in communication has been the result of
Robert Martin as President of the Weld County Council, and
WHEREAS, Robert Martin should be duly congratulated on his
successful terns of office as President.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the other

members of the Weld County Council due hereby express their thanks
and gratitute for his efforts as President of the Weld County Council
for the year 1979.
