RE: Regular Meetings of the Weld County Council.
WHEREAS, it has been suggested that the Weld County Council
begin holding its regular meetings on the first Thursday of each
month at 1 :30 P.M. , in its regular meeting room located on the
third floor, Room 339 of the Weld County Centennial Center at 915 10th
Street, Greeley, Colorado; and,
WHEREAS, should a second meeting in the month be necessary,
the president of the Council may call an additional meeting for the
third Thursday of the month at 1:30 P.M. ; and,
WHEREAS, the Weld County Council has considered such
suggestion and finds it to be in1the best interest of the citizens of
Weld County and the Weld County Council for the Council 's meetings to
be held at such times and at such place.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that from this day forward
the regular meetings of the Weld County Council shall be held on
the first Thursday of each and every month at 1 :30 P.M. in the Weld
County Centennial Center, in its regular meeting room located on the
third floor,. Room 339 at 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, and other
meetings, if necessary at the same place on call-of—the president.
