RE: GRANT REQUEST OF CITY OF GREELEY FOR USE OF WELD COUNTY COURTHOUSE AS POLLING
PLACE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant
to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the
authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the City of Greeley will hold its special municipal election Tuesday,
April 16, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the City of Greeley has requested permission to use the Weld County
Courthouse for a polling place, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Courthouse will need to be open from 6:00 a.m. , until
the judges complete their work after the polls close at 7:00 p.m. , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to grant said request from
the City of Greeley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request from the City of Greeley for use of the Weld
County Courthouse for a polling place on Tuesday, April 16, 1991, be, and hereby is,
granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign the necessary documents.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of March, A.D. , 1991.

Dear Sir/Madam:
The City of Greeley has scheduled a special election for
April 16, 1991, and I am requesting the use of the following
facilities for polling sites:
Weld County Courthouse
It will be necessary for each polling place to be open at
6 : 00 a.m. and remain open until the election judges complete
their work after the polls close at 7 : 00 p.m.
Please indicate your response on the enclosed form and
return it in the self-addressed envelope that is provided.
