I am writing this letter in regard to the utility locations proposed for the PUD
called Vista Commercial Center, formerly known as Richardson PUD.
After reviewing the drawings provided to me I can see no problem with the
changes requested. We have not started our engineering work on this yet so no
design changes will be necessary. Thank you for your prompt notification on
this project.

Re: Gas Easement for Vista Commercial Center.
Dear Mr. Evans
This letter is to inform you that Public Service Company will accept easements
parallel to and along both sides all street right of ways. We would request that
easements provided continue out to the south right of way line of State Highway
119 at both entrances of the development and allow for the distribution of natural
gas to all lots. We would request that the easements are large enough to
maintain a minimum of four foot separation from any other utilities and, a
minimum of five foot of clearance from any building wall.
