PERMISSION GRANTED FOR
USE OF COUNTY BUILDINGS
BY CITY OF GREELEY:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that permission is hereby granted to the City of Greeley for the
use of the Weld County Court House and the 4-H Building as special polling
places for a special city election to be held on April 1, 1969.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following votes

Permission is hereby requested for use of the following properties to be used
for polling places:
Weld County Court House
4-H Building
This is for a special City Election to be held Tuesday, April 1, 1969 from 7:00
A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Voting machines will be used. It will be necessary for you
to have these buildings unlocked for the judges by 6:00 A.M.
Please indicate your approval on copy of this letter and return to me in the
enclosed self-addressed envelope.
