Re: Commitment to Serve, Western Dairymen Cooperative, Inc.
Dear Sir:
This concerns the following described real property:
Approximately 55 acres in the NE/4 of the NW/4 and NW/4 of
the NE/4 of Section 10, T2N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado.
The property will be served by this District's municipal type collection
system and aeriated lagoon treatment plant constructed to Colorado
Department of Health and Environment standards and operated subject to the
Colorado Discharge Permit system. This development complies with the
District's Master Plan. A 15-inch trunk line is available along the north
side of Colorado Highway 119 adjacent to said property. Additionally, an
8-inch lateral is available on the south side of Colorado Highway 119,
requiring a 200 foot off-site extension, that will serve east of Idaho
Creek.
The property is within the District.
St. Vrain Sanitation District has 1852 SFE (single family equivalent) taps,
of which 445 have been purchased, resulting in 1407 available for purchase.
These taps are available to referenced property and other eligible
properties on a first-care, first-serve basis. As the present supply of
taps is consumed, the District plans to increase the size of its treatment
plant to serve 5,555 SFE taps. These additional taps would also be made
available on a first-cane, first-serve basis.
The above-referenced property is eligible to utilize the available supply
of taps on a first-cane, first-serve basis, subject to the following:
a. Execute of a Line Extension and Collection System Agreement,
and construct lines;
b. Purchase required number of taps, as needed;
c. Install service line in accordance with District standards and
connection to the District's system by the applicant; and
d. Comply with the District's Rules and Regulations.

Should this property wish to obtain an absolute commitment to serve, taps
may be prepurchased and held until needed. Monthly service charges will be
assessed upon completion of construction or twelve months after purchase,
whichever canes first.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, do not hesitate to
contact me.
